We recommend booking our services at least a week in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger projects or during peak seasons. However, we understand that sometimes cleaning needs arise unexpectedly, so we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

It's completely up to you! Many of our clients prefer to be present during the cleaning to provide access to their home or office and discuss any specific instructions or concerns. However, if you're unable to be present, we can arrange for key pick-up or entry instructions in advance.
